He says it will be a "CUT AND RUN" affair.

Thanks to McCain for this one.

Fear of Hillary?

Lefties give Hillary credit for causing an ammunition shortage.
####
"The cost of 7.62X39 ammo has risen quite a bit lately. Everyone (i.e., I) was confused as there’s not really been a shortage publicized. And, let’s face it, one in seven guns on the earth is an AK so I figured it wouldn’t be a supply problem.
Turns out, it’s Hillary’s fault"

NYT - T for Treason

Vice President Cheney spoke at a fund raiser for David McSweeney (who is running for the 8th Congressional District against Melissa Bean, the incumbent Democrat)

14 year old McSweeney and one of the giants of history pictured here.

"What I find most disturbing about these stories is the fact that some of the news media take it upon themselves to disclose vital national security programs, thereby making it more difficult for us to prevent future attacks against the American people. That offends me," the Vice President said.

Yet another weapon in our war on terror is exposed to the Islamo facsists. The NYTT editors should practice precision keyboard throwing, as that will be all that is left between them and the Islamo terrorists if they continue in their quests toward the total disarming of the United States. One tool at a time...

Where's The Outrage, Sen. Durbin? KOS?

Where is the outrage against torture now, Senator Durbin, Natcy Pelosi, Chuckles Schumer??? I fully expect you to sound terribly sad about this "disturbing development", whining about how WE actually caused this response and we should be locking up Don Rumsfeld now. Anything but the obvious undeniable fact that we are fighting against EVIL.
You are very predictably wrong in these things. Being "disturbed" is the standard response from Jihadi/Nazi Dick, as if we weren't already aware of that.

Group claims killings
...a claim posted on a Web site Tuesday said the soldiers were "slaughtered" in accordance with God's will.
"We announce the good news to our Islamic nation that we executed God's will and slaughtered the two crusader animals we had in captivity," says the claim, reportedly from the Mujahedeen Shura Council, a group linked to al Qaeda. "And God has given our Emir, Abu Hamza al-Muhajer, the good fortune of carrying out the legitimate court's command in person."

Wild Thing's comments are spot on......
Where are those who complain of suspected torture at Guantanamo? When real torture is used on our men, there's not a peep out of the terrorist sympathizers. We will note how the democrats and Murthawi will not rile against the terrorists over this...

Betsy's Thousand Dollar Ideas

Betsy's Thousand Dollar Ideas to Improve Decatur

Stop the violence marches and neighborhood tea parties.
No, we can't count that one. She rode into council chambers on that horse.

Putting a sign up in front of the microphones at council meetings to remind people to speak INTO the mic.
Betsy had her own thought that she passed on to the other community leaders she was conferencing with. "How about stating your name and address, too!"

Let's put up some signs about how we are an inclusive community?
Sure. That will show those horrible non-inclusive elitists. I can't go on with this example nor explain what is meant by inclusion without "being mean."

A City Mission Statement.
That will make us warm and fuzzy.

No smoking...
We have to keep up with the Jones' in Bloomington and Springfield.

I'm sure there are at least 23 more. Anybody else know of some of the jewels of wisdom and grace Betsy has brought back to our generous community? With a three year expense to the taxpayers of 28 thousand dollars, I know that there must be many more ideas I've not noted.

During the City Council meeting on Monday, she seemed extremely concerned that the expense reimbursement study council was "aimed at me!" by the wicked Mayor Paul Osborne, who was disguised in his normal steady gentleman persona. "Several others are in on it too..." She seemed overly defensive to me.

Mother Betsy, look within.
The ideas you seek can probably be found within the community you were elected to represent, and the travel vouchers will be so much easier to keep track of.

By the way, I noticed that she voted FOR annexation of some property for a BAR to be built. Is she backing down from her stance of voting against anything liquor oriented? Or did this one slip by her while she was in her defensive posture?

Getting to the hearts and minds of terrorists

"If only we didn't make them mad at us... " Liberal talking point
"We are recruiting terrorists by fighting them..." Liberal talking point

I can think of two obvious ways to get into the hearts and minds of Islamo jihadists, and the choice seems clear to anyone who hasn't been gulping the Kos Kool-Aid.

#1, and I think the libs seem to like this one best of all... Give up your way of life and convert to Islam...

#2, with very well aimed sniper rounds.

You don't defeat enemies by surrendering to them, as Mr. (I'm old, senile and a war hero, so you CAN'T argue with me without being mean and out of line) Murtha encourages us to do. I wonder if Murtha has the tiny French battle flag in his back pocket ready to pull out. You know, the all white banner respected by many of the Dem Party.

The Real Dem Agenda

The Real Dem Agenda - GOP.com

As Rush Limbaugh has said, Dems are invested in defeat.

Moonbats are intensely worried about something, anything, going right for the country because, utilizing their somewhat limited reasoning aptitude, that would benefit President Bush. And thus, by the Liberal's general definition, it is bad for America.

Jihadi Ties (Canadian Bacon)

These are some of the accused terrorists just rounded up by the Canadians. One of their goals is believed to be the beheading the Prime Minister...

Qayyum Abdul Jamal, Fahim Ahmad, Zakaria Amara, Asad Ansari, Shareef Abdelhaleen, Mohammed Dirie, Yasim Abdi Mohamed, Jahmaal James, Amin Mohamed Durrani, Abdul Shakur, Ahmad Mustafa Ghany and Saad Khalid...

Do you see any commonality in those names? The Canadian Mounties don't seem to. They say the terrorism suspects come from a "broad" cross-section of Canadian society. Since when did Canada become an Islamic holy land?
Are the Canadians dense? Or are the Mounties just way too overboard PC?

Michelle Malkin 6/7/06
Canadian law enforcement officials should be proud of busting a reputed Islamic terrorist network that may span seven nations. Instead, our northern neighbors are trying their damnedest to whitewash the jihadi ties that bind the accused plotters and their murder-minded peers around the world...
